(More customer reviews)The bag that held the hardware broke open in both the love seat and chair boxes. This meant that I had to crawl into the box to retrieve everything. Then, to add insult to injury, there were pieces missing.I ended up making to trips to the hardware store for replacement parts.
The instructions were not terribly clear, but I managed.
Took me about 4 hours (working alone) to put the entire set together.
